Relative XPath:

Relative XPath tries to locate the element directly, instead of locating from root.

Syntax:

  • > Generally Relative XPath starts with “//”
  • > Demo Site:: http://compendiumdev.co.uk/selenium/basic_web_page.html
  • > Example: //p[@id=’para2′]
